Abstract

Microwave dielectric properties of dielectric resonators (BaNd m _ x~Smz~TisO14 ) with high dielectric constant (tr), low loss (high Q) and tow temperature coefficient of resonant frequency (zf) have been studied by adjusting the Nd/Sm ratio. The composition with x = 0.7 gives high Er, high Q and low zf which is highly suitable for dielectric resonators (DR).
