Abstract
The present investigation describes the study of catalytic activity of different forms of β zeolite catalysts for the synthesis of butylamines by the reaction of n-butyl alcohol and ammonia. It is observed that Naβ zeolite showed the highest catalytic activity from among the catalysts investigated and showed very high selectivity towards dibutylamine.
